When you register, we collect your Email ID and Name to create, manage, and secure your account.
Optional Information
You may choose to provide additional profile details such as:

- Mobile Number

Learning & Activity Data
We collect information related to your usage of the App, such as:
- Quiz attempts, test scores, and analytics
- Daily challenge progress
- Bookmarks, notes, and study timetables
- Coin balances and rewards activity
Chat & Community Data
Messages, text communications, and interactions conducted within the User-to-Admin support chat or Group / Community Chat features are stored on our secure servers to provide customer support, facilitate discussion, ensure community guidelines compliance, and prevent abuse or unauthorized activity.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- To create, authenticate, and manage your account.
- To provide access to quizzes, test series, study notes, timetable features, and educational resources.
- To track and display your learning progress, rank, and coin balance.
- To send essential updates, reminders, and notifications via push services.
- To facilitate discussions and support through group and admin chat features.
- To serve and measure contextual and reward-based advertisements.
- To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent activity or policy violations.
3. Data Storage & Security
- Your data is securely stored and processed using authorized third-party platforms, including Firebase (Google Cloud) and Cloudflare.
- We enforce industry-standard security measures to safeguard against unauthorized access, modification, or data leakage.
- While we apply reasonable protections, no method of digital transmission or storage is 100% secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
- We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.
4. Third-Party Services
KnowledgeX integrates third-party services that may collect diagnostic, analytics, or identifier data under their independent privacy policies:
- Google Play Services
- Firebase Authentication & Firestore Database
- Google Analytics for Firebase
- Google AdMob
- Facebook (Meta) Authentication (if applicable)
- Cloudflare Network Services
5. Advertisements (AdMob)
To keep services free and accessible, the App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob (including Banner, Interstitial, and Rewarded Ads).
- Ad networks may process your Advertising ID (AD_ID), device information, and interaction data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads according to Google Play Policies.
6. Data Deletion Rights (Account Deletion)
You have full control over your data and can request deletion at any time:
- In-App Deletion: You can permanently delete your account directly inside the app by going to
Profile / Settings → Delete Account. - Email Request: Alternatively, you can email your deletion request to rathodjb30@gmail.com
Upon completion of an account deletion request, your personal information, quiz history, coins, bookmarks, and chat records will be permanently removed from our active databases.
7. User Responsibilities & Safety
Users must adhere to community standards when using group chat and discussion features. Users agree not to post abusive, unlawful, sexually explicit, defamatory, or copyright-infringing content.
8. Children's Privacy
KnowledgeX is directed toward students, job aspirants, and general learners aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age.
9. Educational & AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
KnowledgeX provides study materials, mock tests, and quiz resources for educational preparation and practice purposes only.
- Content Accuracy: While we make continuous efforts to maintain authentic information, materials (including questions, answers, PDFs, explanations, timetables, and video content) may occasionally contain typographical, factual, or technical errors. We make no warranties regarding the absolute accuracy or completeness of any content.
- AI-Generated Information: Certain questions, study summaries, or explanations may be generated or assisted by Artificial Intelligence (AI). AI-generated outputs may occasionally be inaccurate or outdated. Users must not treat AI-assisted responses as definitive authority.
- Independent Verification: Users are strongly advised to independently verify critical examination dates, syllabus changes, and official answers through official government portals and examination boards.
- No Outcome Guarantee: The App does not guarantee passing marks, rank, selection, employment, or any specific examination outcome. The developer disclaims all liabilities arising from reliance placed on the App's content.
10. Service Availability
We strive to keep the App accessible 24/7. However, temporary downtime may occur due to server maintenance, updates, technical glitches, or network disruptions.
