User Data Deletion Instructions

KnowledgeX values your privacy and provides full control over your personal data. In compliance with Google Play and Facebook/Meta developer policies, users who created an account or signed in (via Email, Google, or Facebook) can permanently delete their account and associated data using any of the following methods:
Option 1: In-App Account Deletion (Instant & Automated)
You can instantly delete your account and all associated records directly from within the app:
- Open the KnowledgeX app on your device.
- Go to the Profile or Settings screen.
- Scroll down and tap on "Delete Account".
- Confirm the deletion prompt. Your account and stored data will be immediately and permanently removed from our active database.
Option 2: In-App Chat Support Request
If you prefer assistance from our team:
- Open the KnowledgeX app.
- Navigate to the Admin Chat / Support section.
- Send a message stating: "Please delete my account and data."
- Our administration team will verify and complete your deletion request.
Option 3: Manual Deletion Request via Email
If you have uninstalled the app or are unable to log in, you can submit a manual deletion request:
- Send email to: rathodjb30@gmail.com
- Subject Line:
Data Deletion Request - KnowledgeX - Email Content: Please include your registered Email address, Name, or associated Facebook/Google account details so we can locate your record.
Timeline: Email deletion requests are processed and permanently purged from our servers within 3 to 5 business days.
What Data Is Deleted?
When your account is deleted, the following information is permanently erased:
- Personal profile details (Name, Email address, Profile picture, Mobile number, City).
- Authentication credentials and user UID.
- Quiz history, mock test results, and performance scores.
- Saved bookmarks, personalized timetable entries, and study progress.
- Coin balances, daily challenge records, and chat history.
